Delivery

1. Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Ireland, Eircode to Eircode.

2. Delivery times

In-stock items typically dispatch within 2-3 working days of order. Out-of-stock items are shown as “lead time on request” until we can confirm a real date with our distributor: we'll always confirm a delivery window with you before dispatch.

3. Delivery cost

Delivery pricing will be confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.

4. Installation

Where installation is included, our team delivers, installs and configures the unit on site, including setting up the PaperStream capture software it ships with. We'll agree a suitable time with you in advance.

5. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we've received payment in full, even if delivery happens first.

6. Missed or failed delivery

If nobody's available to receive a scheduled delivery or installation, we'll contact you to rearrange.
